How to Make Walnut Oyster Sauce Stir-Fried Leafy Greens?

Ingredients: head lettucelamb's lettuceone, oyster sauce 1.5 tablespoons,nut kernelspeachtwo ounces, oil 3 tablespoons

Method:

1 Wash the head lettuce, drain off water;

2 Dry roast the nut kernels on low heat,

until roasted, then crush them;

3 Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry the head lettuce for 1 minute over high heat, add oyster sauce and cook for 3 more minutes over medium heat;

4iceberg lettuceserve the head lettuce in a bowl, sprinkle with crushed nut kernels.
