How to Make Guangdong Fried Rice Noodles

Stir-fryRice NoodlesIngredients: 1/2 pound fine rice noodles
A little Chinese cabbage
RedRadishA little

Stir-fried Rice NoodlesMethod: (1) Soak the rice noodles and prepare the Chinese cabbage, dried mushrooms, pork, and red radish in slices.Red radishsliced for use.

(2) In a heated wok, stir-fry the dried mushrooms and dried shrimp until fragrant. Add the pork slices, Chinese cabbage, red radish, and seasonings (excluding garlic). Stir-fry together and add 4 cups of water to bring to a boil.

(3) Place the soaked rice noodles in the soup and stir-fry until evenly colored. After about 10 minutes, reduce heat and fry until most of the liquid has evaporated before removing from heat.

(4) Serve by sprinkling with green onion threads, pouring over some sauce, and topping with garlic.sprout vegetables, then drizzle with a little sauce and garlic flakes.
