How to Make Curry Beef and Potato

Ingredients:
potatoes,beef,green peppers,curry, plant oil, sugar,soy sauce,cornstarch, cooking wine, salt, scallions.Method:1 Cut the potatoes, green peppers, and beef into small pieces. Marinate the beef with a little soy sauce, cooking wine, and cornstarch.

2 Heat oil in a wok, add scallions to stir-fry until fragrant, then add the beef and stir-fry.
3 Stir-fry the beef until it is about half cooked, then add the potatoes and green peppers.

4 Add boiling water to cover the ingredients, add a little soy sauce, salt, and sugar.

5 Cover the pot with a lid, simmer over medium heat for about 30 minutes. After removing the lid, test the potatoes with a spoon; they should easily break apart. Then add the curry.

6 Let the curry completely melt until the sauce has reduced significantly, then stir well and turn off the heat.
