Method:1. Remove the skin from the pumpkin and cut it into pieces;
cut the onion into strips.
2. Heat the butter to sauté the onion strips until fragrant, then add the pumpkin pieces and cinnamon, stir-fry, pour in the chicken stock, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer until the pumpkin pieces are tender.3. Process the soup and pumpkin pieces with a blender.
4. Return the blended soup to the pot and bring it back to a boil, add the cream and season with salt and pepper.
5. Serve the pumpkin soup in bowls, sprinkle cooked almonds in the center for decoration.Special Note
