Pumpkin Rice PorridgeMethod:
1. Use a round small golden pumpkin or a long fully ripe sweet and soft Hawaii pumpkin (green and watery pumpkins are not suitable for this recipe; they are better for stir-frying).)
2. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, bring it to a boil, then add the pumpkin and cook until it is soft enough that you can mash it with a spoon.
