Ingredients:
1 Main ingredients:Eggplant,Red bell pepper.
2 Side ingredients: Salt, sugar,Monosodium glutamate (MSG),Mixed vinegarSoy sauce,Starch, scallions and garlic in appropriate amounts., cornstarch, enough green onions and garlic.
Steps:
1 Slice the eggplant and coat with starch,Bell pepperslice into pieces and coat with starch.
2 Mix salt, sugar, MSG, mixed vinegar, soy sauce into a sauce to prepare.
3 Heat oil in a wok until six or seven tenths hot, then add the coated eggplant strips and bell pepper slices one by one, fry until golden yellow, drain and remove from heat.
4 Add a small amount of oil back to the wok, stir-fry scallions and garlic,
5 Pour in the prepared sauce, toss several times, and serve.
