Ingredients:
Tofu(Northern) 100 grams, Green
Bean Sprouts100 grams, Tomato 150 grams,
Mutton(Lean) 100 grams,
Green Pepper120 grams,
Egg60 grams, Sugar 10 grams, Garlic (white skin) 10 grams,
Cumin Seed5 grams,
Ginger5 grams, Sesame Oil 10 grams, Salt 3 grams, Onion 10 grams, Vegetable Oil 10 grams.
Cold DishPreparation:
1. Tofu is placed in boiling water with salt and boiled for 2 minutes, then removed and sliced into 1 cm thick pieces and arranged on a plate;
2. Eggs are beaten with a little salt and pan-fried to form egg skin which is then cut into strips;

Tomatois blanched in hot water, peeled, and cut into slices seasoned with sugar;
4. Green pepper is sliced and quickly blanched in boiling water, then mixed with a little salt;

Mung BeansSproutsare briefly boiled in boiling water for 1 minute, then mixed with a small amount of sesame oil and salt;
6. Lean meat pieces are cooked until done, sliced into strips, and mixed with sesame oil and salt;
Lean MeatPieces
are arranged around the plate with egg strips, tomato slices, green pepper strips, mung bean sprouts, and lean meat strips;
8. The pan is heated, vegetable oil is added to heat to six-tenths of its way, cumin seeds are fried until fragrant then removed, followed by adding onions, ginger, garlic, a little water, and thickening the sauce with a small amount of slurry before drizzling it over the tofu.
