How to Make Spicy Peanuts with Duck Eggs and Tofu?

Ingredients:Softtofuone piece,salted duck eggstwo pieces,mung beansas needed;
Seasonings: Wei Ji Xian soy sauceone spoon, a little sugar, aromaticvinegarone spoon, chili oilappropiate amount,onionfinely chopped.Method:1. Cut the soft tofu into small pieces, add a little salt and boil for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside;
2. Slice the salted duck eggs and place them on top of the tofu;
3. Toast the mung beans in a small amount of oil over low heat, cool down, crush, and sprinkle on top of the tofu;
4. In a small bowl, mix all the seasonings together and pour over the tofu.
Tip:
1. If available, using crushed spicy roasted peanuts from Huang Fei Hong can enhance the flavor even more.



Note:
1. If you can find the Huangfei Hong brand spicy and numbing peanuts at the supermarket, crushing them and pouring them on top will enhance the flavor even more.
