Steps:
1. Peel the water melon gourd and cut it into cubes;
2. Turn out the tofu pudding from its box, then slice it into small cube pieces with a knife;
3. Peel the duck eggs and cut them into small pieces;
4. Heat a little oil in a wok until it's very hot,
andcook the water melon gourd cubes until they are eight-tenths done.
