Ingredients:
FreshRibs, plenty of minced garlic.
Seasonings:
Salt, sugar, cooking wine,soy sauce,cornstarch.
Method:
1. Wash the ribs and cut them into pieces with a sharp knife, drain the water, and set aside;
2. Peel the garlic and mince it finely;
3. Mix salt, sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce, and minced garlic with the ribs, stir well,
4. Marinate the ribs for an adequate time, then take them out of the refrigerator and add some cornstarch, mix well;5. Fry the marinated ribs along with the minced garlic in hot oil until they turn color, use a wooden spoon to pierce through the meat, indicating it is cooked; remove immediately when done, no need for additional seasoning, let cool slightly before eating.
Another method involves frying the ribs first, then mix them into the seasonings.
