How to Make Home-style Tofu

Ingredients: old tofu,green peppers,daikon radish,and wood ear mushrooms.Diced.. Red bean paste sauce.Minced ginger.Salt,sugar,water starch,black pepper powder..Peel and wash the daikon radish, then cut into diamond shapes along with green peppers. Prepared wood ear mushrooms by tearing them into small pieces.

1.Chop the daikon radish into triangular pieces..
Stir-fry chopped red bean paste sauce until it produces a red oil.

Place the cut triangular old tofu blocks in the hot pan.



.Fry until both sides turn golden brown, then remove and set aside.
.Add in minced ginger to stir-fry for fragrance..
Pour in green peppers and daikon radish pieces, and wood ear mushrooms..
Add the fried tofu blocks, season with salt and sugar.

Add a small amount of water (about 1/3 cup) and simmer for about 3 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
.Thicken the sauce with water starch, sprinkle black pepper powder, then quickly cook on high heat until the sauce thickens before serving..
