How to Make Stir-Fried Lamb with Scallions

Quickly stir-fry the meat slices in a wok.Use lamb slices for the dish.

Ingredients:
300g sliced lamb, 4 cloves of sliced garlic, white vinegar1 tablespoon (15ml), sesame oil 1 teaspoon (5ml),15 pieces of 5cm long onion segments, shredded large onion1/2 head, stir-fried white sesame seeds 2 teaspoons (10g),2 teaspoons (10g) chicken essence,2 teaspoons (10g), finely chopped coriander15g, sugar 2 teaspoons (10g), water starch 2 teaspoons (10g),soy sauce 2 tablespoons (30ml), dry starch 1 teaspoon (5g)Steps:Marinate the lamb with soy sauce, chicken essence and dry starch for 10 minutes. Remove excess liquid and drain.Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok over high heat, then stir-fry the marinated lamb for 1 minute before removing it from the pan.In another tablespoon of oil heated over high heat, add shredded onions, garlic slices, and onion segments. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until fragrant.Stir in the fried lamb back into the wok with all the ingredients mentioned above.

Add white vinegar, sesame oil, sugar.
Stir-fry everything together for 2 minutes before transferring to a flat iron pan on high heat. Thicken the sauce with water starch and sprinkle with coriander and white sesame seeds. Serve immediately in the same pan.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over high heat, add sliced onions, garlic slices, and scallions, stir-fry for 2 minutes until fragrant.Return the fried lamb to the pot and stir-fry together with the other ingredients.Add white vinegar,sesame oil, and sugar.
Stir-fry all the ingredients in the wok for 2 more minutes, then transfer evenly into a flat iron pan. Cook over high heat and thicken with water starch. Garnish with coriander and sesame seeds, and serve immediately along with the pot.
