Beef shankRice noodles

Ingredients: 1, a beef shank 2, Astragalus, ginseng
Ginger,
Polyporus,
Goji berries, onion slices

Process:
1, the beef shank is placed in a cold water pot and simmered over medium heat.
Boilfor a moment to cook out the blood.
The liquid is then poured out and the shank is washed clean.2, use a large pot to place the beef shank with full water, add ingredients 2 (I put them in a tea strainer).
The strainer costs one euro per hundred, economical and durable.Rice wine is added and brought to a boil, remove foam, switch to low heat to keep at a gentle rolling boil, simmer for 3 hours until tender.3, let's talk about the noodles.

When in good spirits, I make hand-rolled noodles.
Rice noodlesIf in average mood, I use a noodle machine (my tools are quite complete).
If not feeling well, then instant noodles will do.Here's an image of noodles made with the machine.4, cook the noodles and scoop them into bowls.Serve the broth in a bowl, place the beef on top, sprinkle with chopped onions and coriander.
