How to Make Spicy Beef Noodles?

Ingredients:

chili oil50 milliliters, salt 25 grams, sugar 30 grams, salad oil 45 milliliters,MSG 5 grams,soy sauce 15 milliliters, scallions 10 gramsPreparation:1.remove the fat from the beef, clean it, cut into pieces of 3 cm x 5 cm, and cook in boiling water to remove blood,the color of the beef should turn light,then ;wash the ginger, cut into pieces of 3 cm x 3 cm, and crack them;remove the old skin from the garlic and crack it.
2.
