How to Make Diced Chili Pepper Heads Fish

Ingredients:Fish headChili paste,Salt,Black pepper powder,Rice wine, green onion,Ginger,Garlic.

1. Clean the fish head and cut it in half along the spine.Season with black pepper powder, salt, and rice wine, rub evenly, and marinate for ten minutes.Cut the green onion and ginger into threads, slice the garlic.
2. Use the green onion threads, ginger threads, and garlic slices as a base, place the fish head on top, cover with chili paste, and steam.Steam20 minutes (adjust according to the size of the fish head; mine was relatively large)



3. While steaming, prepare minced garlic and chopped green onion.
4. After the fish head is done steaming, sprinkle with the minced garlic and chopped green onions. Heat oil in a wok until it starts smoking, remove from heat, and pour over the fish head to finish.
