How to Steam Fish?

Clean the fish and make several cuts on the side, then season with a little salt, and some pepper if desired.Set it aside for later use.Slice the ginger and cut the scallions into sections.
Put water in the steamer pot and bring to a boil.Place the ginger slices inside the fish's cuts.Once the water is boiling, place the fish in the steamer pot and steam on high heat for about 8 minutes.
3.After steaming, discard the accumulated liquid in the plate.Add some Oyster Sauce over the fish to coat the bottom of the dish thinly.
Heat a separate pan with an appropriate amount of oil until it is hot.
If you prefer a spicy flavor and color, add some dried chili peppers on top of the fish.Pour the hot oil evenly over the fish.Serve immediately.
