How to Make Curry Beef Cubes?

Recipe:Beef, salt, sugar, curry powder, oil, water starch
Seasoning:Honey

Preparation: 's air fryer at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
1. Wash and cut beef into long strips then large cubes about 2 cm in size.
2. Add salt, sugar, curry powder, a little water starch to the beef cubes andcorianderMix well and marinate for more than 2 hours.Before frying, mix with an amount of salad oil equal to stir-fry usage; I used lean beef so additional oil was needed.
3. Preheat air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, remove beef cubes and spread on a plate (discard coriander), place in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
4. Flip halfway through and brush with honey twice; fry until beef cubes are tightly packed and color is deeper.

Tips:
1. Marinating flavor depends on personal preference, can be adjusted to or five-spice.2. Time and temperature are for reference, adjust according to actual conditions.
