How to Steam Fish with Olive Vegetable Relish?

Ingredients:Chinese carpPreserved vegetable (a bottled condiment mainly made from mustard greens, olives, and salt. Available in markets and supermarkets)(mainly made from mustard greens,olives,and salt), freshginger slicesSlice

Steps:

1 Wash the fish and make several cuts on both sides.

2 Place ginger slices at the bottom of a dish.



3 Stuff the olive vegetable into the cuts and inside the fish's belly.

4 Add some chili threads if you like spicy food,or skip this step if you do not like chili.5 Cover with plastic wrap and place in the microwave.
