Ingredients:
1 tail of fresh fish, a little salt, a little rice wine,
rindless tofu2 pieces, green onion 1 stalk,
chili pepper1 piece,
sesame oilan appropriate amount,
flouran appropriate amount, garlic cloves 5 pieces,
ginger slices 10 grams,water 200 cc,
soy sauce2 tablespoons, rock sugar 1 teaspoon, rice wine 1 tablespoon,
vinegar1/2 tablespoon
Steps:
1. Wash the fresh fish and pat dry, then season with a little salt and rice wine for 10 minutes.
2. Cut the tofu into small pieces;cut the green onion into segments;slice the chili pepper,
3. Heat the wok and add an appropriate amount of sesame oil, cook until hot, then add the prepared tofu slices and fry on both sides until golden brown, remove.
4. Take out the marinated fresh fish from step 1, dust with a little flour, and place in the heated wok from step 3, fry until both sides are golden brown, take out.
5. Add the garlic cloves, ginger slices, cut green onion segments, and chili pepper slices to the wok from step 3, stir-fry over medium heat for a while, then add water, soy sauce, rock sugar, and rice wine, continue adding the fresh fish and tofu from steps 4.
