How to Make Red-Braised Spare Ribs with Osmanthus

Ingredients:

Ribs,candy sugar,osmanthus flowers,oil, salt, cooking wine,ginger,garlic, old soy sauce,soy sauce.

Steps:

1. Rinse ribs with water and starch for half an hour to remove blood.Drain the ribs thoroughly after washing them.Crush the garlic.2. Heat oil in a wok, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add ribs and stir-fry for two minutes before removing.
