Café au Lait
One teaspoon, all placed in a bowl,
Mixed with one spoon of starch in water to make a roux.
Method:
1. Squeeze the marinated eggplant blocks dry.
2. Heat oil in a wok until three-tenths hot, add eggplant and stir-fry until golden, then transfer to a plate.
3. Clean the wok, heat a little oil until five-tenths hot, add chopped green onions, garlic slices, and star anise, stir-fry until fragrant, then add the eggplant and stir-fry.
