Below methods will make your appetite soar, classic braised ribs.
Ribs, I have made them myself.
1 1 pound of premium ribs cut into pieces,
Soy sauce (for enhancing flavor),Dark soy sauce (for deepening color and thickness),
Sugar,,
Black pepper,,
Monosodium glutamate,Scallions.
2 Wash the ribs, then place them in a pot with black
pepper powder,sugar, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, soy sauce, and dark soy sauce for marination.
3 Marinate for 30 minutes before heating the pan with a little oil.Sear the rib pieces (keep all the marinade ingredients as they will be used later).Ribs should be continuously stirred to ensure even cooking.
4 When the ribs turn white, add the scallion whites and stir-fry briefly.Then pour in the marinade and half a bowl of water, cover with a lid and simmer for a while.
5 Once the sauce has reduced significantly,add scallions, then remove from heat.Homestyle
