How to Make Braised Pork Ribs with Woodapple

Ingredients:Woodapplehalf a small oneRib bone800 grams, 2 green onions,Ginger2 slices
Seasoning:Soysaucea little bit, 1 tablespoon of wine, 1 tablespoon of rock sugar, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Steps:
1. Peel and seed the woodapple, wash it, then cut into dice; cut the rib bones into cubes.
2. Heat a wok, add 1/3 cup of oil to fry the green onions and ginger until fragrant, then add rock sugar and stir-fry until golden brown, followed by adding the ribs and frying until the outer skin is crispy.
3. Pour in an appropriate amount of soysauce, 1 tablespoon of wine, 1 tablespoon of rock sugar, and the uncooked woodapple, mix well, then add water to cover all ingredients. Cook with a lid on for 45 minutes over low heat, thicken with cornstarch and add a little sesame oil before serving.
