How to Make Braised Scallion Oil Tofu?

old|tofu,|scallions, salt,|sugar,|miso sauce,|rice wine,|Two|



homemade|scallion oil|
1|clean the scallions, cut into sections, separate the white and green parts|
2|heat a pot with an appropriate amount of oil, depending on how much you want to make and the quantity of scallions, first add the white part and fry it|
3|when the white part turns golden, add the green part, fry over high heat until bubbling, then reduce heat and continue frying slowly|
4|continue frying until the green part is golden brown|
5|strain out the scallions|
6|you get the scallion oil|



Three|
1|boil a pot of water, add the tofu and cook it to remove the bean smell|
2|remove the tofu from the water and cut into small pieces|
3|heat an appropriate amount of scallion oil in a pan|
4|add the tofu and fry it|
5|turn over, fry both sides until golden brown|
6|add miso sauce|


7|the tofu absorbs a lot of oil, add another spoonful of scallion oil|
8|season with an appropriate amount of salt|
9|sugar|
10|an adequate amount of rice wine|
11|12|cook over high heat until boiling, then reduce heat to simmer and let it absorb the flavors|

14|before serving, sprinkle with scallions|



Tip:|
1|use old tofu, first blanch in water to remove the bean smell|
2|make sure both sides of the tofu are golden brown before adding seasonings and cooking to ensure it is well-coated with sauce.|..crispy on the outside, tender on the inside.
