How to Make Braised Chicken Wings and Eggplant?

Ingredients:Chicken wings500 grams
Seasoning: two garlic cloves,Star anise, cooking wine (or rice wine), oil, salt, dark soy sauce,light soy sauceas needed
Steps:
1. Marinate the chicken wings with light soy sauce and cooking wine for 3-4 hours;
2. After 3-4 hours, remove excess surface moisture from the marinated chicken wings before frying them until golden brown on both sides in hot oil;
3. Remove the fried chicken wings and discard the excess oil; sauté the garlic in a small amount of oil;
4. Add the chicken wings back to the pot, add water, dark soy sauce, star anise, mix well, and simmer over medium heat;
5. Once the sauce has reduced and thickened slightly, remove from heat and serve.
