How to Make Chicken Stew Sauce

Flavor and Aroma: The soup is fresh with tender meat, leaving a pure aftertaste.
Main Ingredients: Fresh and plump old hens (about 1500 grams)
Accompaniments: Goji berries 100 grams, oldginger20 grams,monosodium glutamate.5 gram,pepper powder1 gram,fine salt2 grams
Preparation:
1) Kill the hen, remove the feathers, clean it thoroughly. Remove its head and feet, put it in a pot with water and cook over high heat until boiling, then remove foam, add old ginger and goji berries (wrapped in white gauze);
2) Transfer to an earth oven and simmer on low heat for 4 hours (3 hours for young hens), then remove,meatwith a fork, remove the spine, take out the old ginger, thengoji berriesand it is done;
3) When serving, place the chicken broth and meat shreds in a bowl, add monosodium glutamate, fine salt, pepper powder, and some fresh and tender side dishes.
