Ingredients: free-range chicken, walnuts,
gingerslices, salt.
Method:
1. Cut and clean the chicken with water;

2. Crack the walnut shells, remove the husk (brown), and wash the kernel;(I bought it pre-processed)

3. Put the chicken in a pot, add water, add ginger slices,
braisefor 3 hours before adding walnuts and salt, cover and simmer over low heat for
burningabout 15 minutes until the chicken is tender and the soup is thick.
