How to Make Stir-Fried Pork with Sprouts

Ingredients:
PorkLean meat80 gramsYellowmung bean sprouts100 gramsChinese chives20 grams freshRed pepper1 piece, 1 teaspoon garlic
Marinade for pork: 1/8 teaspoon fine saltSoysauce1/2 tablespoonCornstarch1 teaspoon water 1/2 tablespoonSalad oil1 tablespoonSeasoning: 1/8 teaspoon fine salt 1/2 tablespoon soysauce 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Chicken essence1/4 teaspoon (optional)Method:
1. Slice the lean pork into strips,
Yellowmung bean sproutsremove roots, cut Chinese chives into segments, remove seeds from red pepper and slice.
2. Marinate the pork with marinade for 15 minutes.Porkmix evenly, then marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a wok to 3, add pork strips and stir-fry until they change color, then remove and set aside.
4. Add a little more oil to the wok, fry garlic until fragrant.Add yellow
mung bean sprouts, and stir-fry over high heat for about 1 minute.
5. Add segments of Chinese chives and all seasoning ingredients, then stir-fry over high heat for approximately half a minute.



6. Add the previously fried pork strips, mix well and cook until evenly combined.
