Stir-fried with meatMain ingredients:
300 grams of leek sprouts
Pork150 grams
How to make stir-fried leek sprouts with pork:
1 Cut the pork into strips and marinate them with an appropriate amount of cooking wine and starch.
2 Wash the leek sprouts and cut them into 3 cm segments.
3 Heat some oil in a pot over low heat, add the meat strips and stir-fry.

4 Stir-fry until the pork turns color, then add one spoonful of
doubanjiang(fermented broad bean and chili paste)and stir-fry evenly.
5 Add the leek sprouts and stir-fry.
6 Season with an appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry evenly until cooked, then serve.

Tips:
1 No need to add
gingerwhen stir-frying leek sprouts; their own flavor is enough.
2 Since there is already some seasoning, less salt should be used.
3 Do not cook for too long; the leek sprouts are cooked when they are just tender.
4 The bottom part of the leek sprouts is still soft when you can easily squeeze it with your hand; older ones are not good to eat.
