Ingredients:Beef tripe.I bought 9 yuan of beef tripe and 2 yuan of garlic.
Step 1: Clean the garlic, cut off the head, and pound the root part with a knife, then slice it.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pot, addgingerslices, a few driedchili pepperssegments and fry them for a moment, then add the washed beef tripe.
