1. Mix sweet glutinous rice flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a sieve, then add sugar and mix well.

2. Add milk and light cream to the mixture, combine evenly, then add honey, coconut flakes, and mung bean bits, stirring until mixed.

4. Pour the glutinous rice milk batter into the mold 80% full, place in the middle layer of the oven and bake at top and bottom heat for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
