Microwave ovenCrème BrûléeSteps to make
1. Caramel preparation: Take a small pot and addSugar80g, 80ml water, using low heat to cook for about 10 minutes (note not to add too much water to save caramelization time), until the syrup turns brownish red and has a caramel aroma.Cool in the refrigerator
2. Crème Brûlée preparation: Pour freshMilkinto it, then add fine sugar, gently heat over low fire while stirring continuously until the sugar dissolves completely, turn off the heat, and let it cool to warm temperature.
3. Beat theEggsuntil well combined without creating foam, then slowly pour them into the warm milk mixture and stir evenly.(You can also add a little freshCream/melted ice cream flavor /vanilla extract, mix thoroughly. Not necessary, just for better taste)4. Use a sieve to filter the crème brûlée liquid through it, filtering 2-3 times (this process is to make the crème brûlée smoother in texture and look better)5. Slowly pour the well-mixed crème brûlée mixture into the prepared containers.
Use kitchen paper to remove any bubbles on the surface of the liquid
6. Wrap the container with cling film, place it in a tray and add some water at the bottom.Place in the microwave oven using defrost setting for about 6 minutes.
(Note: 6 minutes is the heating time for one crème brûlée; if the surface is not hard enough, you can continue to heat appropriately, but do not use high power, as this may cause uneven texture and affect appearance and taste)7. After removal from the microwave, remove the cling film and let it stand a bit before serving. For those who prefer colder, place in the refrigerator for an hour after cooling before enjoying.
