How to Make Braised Winter Squash

Ingredients:

Winter melon300 grams, winter mushroom 10 grams, fresh gingerChiang5 grams, green onion 5 grams.

Seasoning:

Peanut oil20 grams, salt 10 grams,MSG8 grams,sugar 5 grams, water starch 20 grams, aged soy sauce 5 grams,chicken broth50 grams.Cooking process:

1. Remove the skin and seeds from the winter melon, cut into large pieces; cut the winter mushroom into slices, ginger into slices, and green onion into small segments.

2. Heat a wok with oil, add ginger slices, winter mushrooms, and winter melon chunks, then add chicken broth, salt, MSG, sugar, aged soy sauce.

3. Cook until thoroughly done, add green onion pieces, and serve immediately.
