1 Wash the chicken and pork trotters, cut into pieces, remove the skin of the ginger and slice it.
2 Add a little oil to the pot, swirl to evenly coat, then add the chicken pieces, pork trotters, and ginger slices, stir-fry for about 3 minutes.3 When slightly fragrant and the meat has tightened up, transfer into a sandpot,
