Winter air is dry,

Ingredients:
One whole boneless pig's foot, cut into thick pieces, red skin peanuts 20 or more,
red skin peanutsabout 20,
dried winter mushroomseight, soaked and softened, a little salt
Procedure:1. Boil the pig's feet for about 5-8 minutes in cold water, then wash them.
2. Quickly boil the red skin peanuts for about 2 minutes, then simmer for 10 minutes, drain, and set aside.
3. Pressure cooker method: Place the pig's feet in the cooker, add enough water to cover them by more than double their volume, let it steam for 4-6 minutes until steaming starts, turn off and wait for natural pressure release. After releasing pressure, add peanuts and mushrooms, simmer for 1 hour over medium heat. Add a little salt to season. If the liquid level is below the original water level during this process, add more water.
4. Regular method: Place the pig's feet in the cooker, add enough water to cover them by more than double their volume and bring it to a boil.Cook for 20 minutes on high heat, then switch to medium heat, add peanuts and mushrooms, cook for 2 hours or until the pig's feet are tender. Add a little salt to season. If the liquid level is below the original water level during this process, add more water.
4. Regular method: First, place the pig's feet in a cooker, adding water that is more than one times the height of the pig's feet.Boil for 20 minutes then switch to medium heat. Add peanuts and winter mushrooms, continue cooking on medium heat for 2 hours or until the pig's feet become tender, then add a little salt for seasoning. If the liquid level drops below the original water level during cooking, add more water.
