How to Make Hot Pepper with Dried Tofu Authentically?

Hot Dry Mustard SeedTofu

Main Ingredients:
Dried Tofu 250 grams,Chili Peppers(Green, Hot) 80 grams,Pork(Fatty and Lean) 60 grams

Seasonings:
Soy Sauce10 grams, Salt 3 grams,Vinegar4 grams,Tangerine Peel2 grams, Green Onion 8 grams,Ginger6 grams, Garlic (White Skin) 4 grams,Monosodium Glutamate1 gram, Chicken Powder 2 grams, Vegetable Oil 35 grams, Cornstarch 5 gramscornCornstarch

Steps:
1. Lay out the dried tofu on a cutting board and cut into diamond-shaped pieces about 3 cm in size;

2. Remove the stem from the chili peppers, wash them, and cut into small dice;

3. Cut the pork into thin slices;

4. Slice the scallions and ginger;

5. Slice the garlic;

6. Bring water to a boil in a pot;

7. Place the dried tofu in the boiling water, cook until done, remove, cool, and drain well;

8. Heat the bottom oil in a wok, stir-fry the pork slices until they turn color;

9. Add scallions, ginger, and garlic and stir-fry together;

10. Add the dried tofu, addChicken Broth, add soy sauce,Table Salt, vinegar, and tangerine peel water;

11. Bring to a boil then simmer on low heat for some time;

12. Add the chili peppers, stir-fry over high heat for a few seconds;

13. Thicken with a wet cornstarch slurry, add MSG and chicken powder, pour in clear oil, and serve immediately in a dish.
