Rib beefRib beef was also found in the refrigerator, like a treasure box. It seems to have everything one might need, very suitable for someone like me who can find joy in fiddling around with ready-made ingredients.
Braised rib beef and potatoes~
Ingredients:
Ginger, rib beef, potatoes, broad beans, spring onion, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce,
pepper powdera little,
MSG,salt, sugar,
soy sauce,
tomato sauceSteps:
Prepare the ingredients.
Fry the potatoes first.
Then stir-fry ginger and spring onion.
Add broad beans next.
Finally add cooked rib beef.
Season with salt, sugar, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, MSG, pepper powder, and oyster sauce.
Add tomato sauce (temporarily decided to make it slightly sour and sweet).
Simmer for about half an hour after adding water.
Serve when the sauce thickens.
Next time I'll try Thai spicy sour sauce.
