How to Make Korean Bibimbap?

Ingredients:
Main ingredients:RiceMushroomsShiitake mushroomsEnoki mushroomsYellow crookneck squash, mustard (mustard seeds)TurnipBean sprouts, pickled turnip (pickled radish), condiments:Sesame seedsA little, chili sauce, sesame oil,Gingerjulienned, scallion julienned
Preparation:
Bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, bean sprouts washed and blanched in boiling water until cooked; make sure to drain well;
TurnipCut the yellow squash into strips and the pickled radish into threads;
Add bok choy and bean sprouts with roasted sesame seeds (roasted sesame seeds) and salt, mix evenly;
Heat a small amount of oil in a wok, stir-fry the turnip threads, zucchini slices, shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms until cooked, then remove from heat;
Evenly apply some sesame oil to the inner walls of the stone pot and heat over low flame; when the sesame oil starts bubbling, add rice, switch to medium heat, spread the aforementioned vegetables on top of the rice; once the bottom layer of rice is slightly crispy, turn off the fire.
Season with chili sauce before serving.
Tips:
Note: The two types of chili sauce in the picture can be used according to personal preference. 6 Month Fragrance is spicier while Li Jinxi's is sweeter. You can find pickled turnips (sold alongside refrigerated food such as tofu and ramen at Lucky Supermarket) here, they taste great and I use them for making sushi too. The stone pot can be purchased in East Suburb (for 10 yuan). Make sure to cool the stone pot before applying oil or it may crack; you could fry an egg (half-cooked), but I'm on a diet tonight so no fried eggs, give it a try! The vegetables can be changed according to personal preference. (^__^) Haha...Tofu,Egg noodlesare available in the bottom right corner of the refrigerator section at Tesco supermarkets; I like the pickled radish for making sushi as well,Cookedand you can place it in a stone pot, which can be found near the east suburbs (for 10 yuan). The stone pot should only be used after it has completely cooled to avoid cracking. You can pan-fry an egg (about half-done),Egg(lightly cooked), I'm on a diet tonight so I didn't fry the egg, but you should try it; the taste is good.
