Main ingredients: minced meat

Cooking method:
1. Place the minced meat in a bowl, add green onion and ginger paste, salt, and a little water, stir continuously in a clockwise direction until it becomes sticky; cut the radish into strips and cilantro into segments for later use;
2. Heat water in a pot, form the mixed meat into balls one by one and place them in the pot, add a bit of salt, cook for 10 minutes, then add dried tofu strands, radish strips, chicken essence, pepper powder, and cooking oil for seasoning, remove from heat and sprinkle with cilantro and green onion.
