Do not remove it immediately. Let it continue to heat for ten minutes to fully rise before taking out.

Place a large plate upside down over the pot, then carefully flip the cake onto the plate. A delicious and fragrant dried grape cake is ready.

milkand salt in appropriate amounts.Preparation steps:① Mix the cornmeal, syrup, salt, and milk until well combined, then place it in a steamer for 30 minutes. Once done, cool it down before use.Stewedin a pot, steam for 30 minutes, then let it cool.② Beat the eggs with a whisk to combine them thoroughly, adding sugar and an appropriate amount of baking soda, and stirring continuously with three chopsticks. Start gently but increase intensity; start slowly but speed up gradually over about 15 minutes until the liquid becomes thickened, milky white, and its volume increases by 1.5-3 times.

Stirring should be moderate to avoid making the flour tough or clumpy.

③ Mix the well-beaten egg mixture into the steamed ingredients, stirring until evenly distributed but not excessively so as to prevent gluten formation.Allow it to rest for 10 minutes before further handling.④ Preheat a special cake mold (aluminum container or similar) by applying oil on its bottom to prevent sticking. Pour the batter into the mold and bake briefly in an oven.

Once baked until golden, brush with oil again, then remove from the mold to create a fluffy corn cake.

It will be soft, sweet, and uniquely flavored.

Place a special cake mold (any aluminum foil box will do) in the oven to heat up.Brush the bottom with oil to prevent sticking, then pour the prepared batter into the mold.Bake for a short time in the oven until it turns golden brown.
