How to Make Collard Greens Braised Ribs with Potatoes

1,pork ribsshould be blanched in boiling water until they change color, remove thebloodresidue and set aside;

2, peel the chestnuts well, cut the potatoes and carrots into chunks;3, prepare scallion pieces, garlic cloves, ginger slices, star anise;4, add a little oil to the pot, heat until the sugar melts;

5, add the pork ribs to the pot, stir-fry with dark soy sauce for coloring;

6, put in the seasonings and scallion pieces, add water to cover the pork ribs and add enough salt. When the water comes to a boil, simmer on low heat for 30 minutes;

7, add the prepared carrot chunks, potato chunks, and peeled chestnuts, continue cooking for another 15 minutes until the sauce thickens; then serve.

Add the scallion segments and other seasonings to the pot, add water to cover the spare ribs, and add an appropriate amount of salt. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

Add the pre-cut carrot pieces, potato pieces, and chestnuts, and continue cooking for another 15 minutes until the sauce has reduced and thickened. Remove from heat and serve.
