How to Make Spring Bamboo Three Cups Chicken?

Ingredients:Chicken wings10 pieces,Spring bamboo shoots2 stalks, 6 tablespoons of cooking wine,Soysauce3 tablespoons (with 1 tablespoon dark soysauce and 2 tablespoons light soysauce),Rice bran oil2 tablespoons, Rock sugar 10 pieces (about 15g), Thai basil a handful, 1 tablespoon of edible oil,Gingerslices,

Steps:

1.Wash the chicken wings and prepare spring bamboo shoots by peeling off the outer skin.2. In three cups, pour in 6 tablespoons of cooking wine, 3 tablespoons of soysauce (1 tablespoon dark soysauce and 2 tablespoons light soysauce), and 2 tablespoons of rice bran oil respectively, set aside.

5. Heat a wok with 1 tablespoon of edible oil and 1 tablespoon of rice bran oil, add ginger slices to stir-fry until fragrant, then increase heat and stir-fry the chicken wings until they turn slightly golden on the edges.

6. Add the blanched spring bamboo shoots and quickly stir-fry them throughly.

7. Pour in one cup of cooking wine.

8. Pour in one cup of soysauce.

9. Add rock sugar.
