My recipe is simple, homemade.
foureggs,a package ofmilk, five spoons of mellow sugar (using a spoon from everyday meals),low flour (or use high flour and potato starch in a four-to-one ratio if low flour is unavailable),separate the egg yolks and whites, place four spoons of mellow sugar and half a package of milk into the yolk mixture and stir evenly, screen the flour before adding it to the yolk mixture (it's best to sift it),put the egg whites in a large bowl without water or oil, add a pinch of salt or a few drops of white vinegar or lemon juice to whip them up until they resemble whipped cream and can no longer flow,
gradually add sugar three times, until they reach the consistency of whipped cream.use a rice cooker spoon to gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture (do not stir in circles), and you're done making the batter~~(you can also add matcha powder, cocoa powder, or melted chocolate if desired),microwave-safe bowls coated with a thin layer of oil, pour the batter into them and cook on high for four minutes.Alternatively, use disposable paper cups, fill each to half capacity with the batter and microwave for one minute per cup.Sift (it's best to sift) into the yolk mixture and stir evenly (do not stir too vigorously).
