Method for Stewed Ribs with Potatoes:

1. Cut the ribs into 5 cm pieces;

2. Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks;

3. Slice the ginger, cut the scallions into segments, wash and cut the coriander;

4. Boil water in a pot, blanch the ribs, remove the foam, and wash them clean;

5. Heat bottom oil in a pot, stir-fry with scallion and ginger, then add the ribs and stir-fry;

6. Add broth, cumin, rice wine, salt, monosodium glutamate, and potatoes; simmer over medium heat until cooked through;

7. Remove the ginger and scallions, sprinkle with the prepared coriander segments, and serve.
