How to Make Loo Rou Duan

Ingredients:

  Flank meat 400g1 bell pepper2 teaspoons of vinegar1 teaspoon of soy sauce3 teaspoons of sugar1 teaspoon of cooking wine2 teaspoons of rice wine2 teaspoons of saltScallions, ginger, garlic as neededas needed

Steps:

1,Wash the flank meat, cut into strips, add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, mix evenly and marinate for 15 minutes.Beef tenderloin

Mix cornstarch with 1 egg white, stir until smooth, then dip the marinated meat strips to coat them with a starch paste.
