Ingredients:
Tofu, pork belly,eggspancakes, cookedham,whiteChinese cabbage hearts,chicken paste, dried starch,salt,monosodium glutamate (MSG),sugar,vinegarSesame oil,sesame oil,peanut
oil in appropriate amounts.Preparation:1. Wash the pork belly (with skin) and cook it in a pot until done, cool, peel off the skin and slice it into pieces;strain the tofu to make a paste, mix it with chicken paste and seasonings to form tofu paste;cut the Chinese cabbage hearts into strands, chop the cooked ham and pancake into fine pieces.2. Arrange the pork belly slices in a dish, coat them with egg white batter, then spread the tofu paste over it, sprinkle with pancake and ham bits, and steam for 5 minutes before removing;placing it on a plate dusted with dry starch.
3. Heat oil in a pot, gently fry each piece of formed tofu (with pork belly side down), fry until the meat bottom turns golden yellow, drizzle with sesame oil, and place at one end of the serving dish;prepare a sweet and sour sauce with salt, MSG, sugar, vinegar, and sesame oil, mix it with Chinese cabbage strands, and serve on the other end.Tip:
