Ingredients:
4 squids, 1 sheet of seaweed,
Ginger1 piece, salt as needed,
Monosodium glutamate (MSG)as needed, appropriate amount of cooking oil method:
1. Blend the squid into a paste, then marinate with salt, MSG, and cooking oil for 10 minutes, finally shape it into meatballs.
2. Soak the seaweed in water until soft, then wash it.
3. Boil water, add ginger slices and seaweed, bring to a boil again, then add the squid balls.
4. Once the squid is cooked, season with salt as needed and serve.
