How to Make Lamb Shanks Rice Soup?

Main ingredient: 120 grams of rice

Auxiliary ingredients:Mutton(Fatty and lean) 80 grams, whiteRadish50 grams,Goji berries8 grams

Seasonings: 3 grams of salt, 2 grams of table sugar,Monosodium glutamate (MSG)1 gram,Coriander5 grams

Steps:

1.Mutton shankandwhite radishare washed and cut into threads;

2. Goji berries are rinsed;

3.Riceis washed and soaked in water for 30 minutes, then set aside for use;
