How to Make Pig's Trotter Winter Melon Soup

Ingredients:Winter Melon1 piece (about 1000 grams),Pork Tendon600 grams,Tea Tree Fungus50 grams,Job's TearsHalf a bowl, salt as needed.I usually don't add it.)

Method:
