Peanut Butter Weekly Can Cut Breast Cancer Risk

According to reports from The Huffington Post, researchers from Harvard Medical School and Washington University School of Medicine studied 9,039 teenage girls between 1996 and 2001, conducting dietary surveys each year;and again when the girls reached age 30 during the period from 2005 to 2010.

The study found that those with a long-term diet including consumption of peanut butter or nuts twice a week had a 39% lower chance of developing benign breast disease compared to non-consumers, meaning nearly 40% less risk;the study also noted the intake of soybeans,beans,cornhelps reduce the formation of breast tumors and lowers the risk of breast cancer.
